TRESS will create a prioritisation framework for retrofitting buildings in the region, taking into account carbon reduction and energy efficiency targets and complete investment grade audits of 25 buildings in the region including a financing and procurement strategy, taking into account both self-financed, public and private financing options. The project team will create a suite of best practice guidelines and capacity building for delivering and financing the retrofit of public buildings at scale.
This project has received funding from the European Union’s Life programme under grant agreement No 1011120956
